Many issues of life we are faced with has actually exposed us to a lot of stress, some are able to handle their stress and because of this they have been able to give us their own remedy to overcoming or avoiding stress. maybe in your day to day life you are faced with issues that can bring about stress: on the home front, at work, in school or even in your club or church.The way our body respond to some of the difficulty we are faced with is what we refer to as stress. Some respond to it in a negative way while some in a positive way but no matter what we do in life we will always come in contact with a level of stress. All you need to do is to know is that there is no way you can avoid stress, you only learn how to handle it.
In our daily life , we all need some level of stress to get things going, infact a life without any stress must either be inactive or dead but when you go beyond this necessary level of stress then you need to becareful and do something about it.Going by my research some of the articles i have come incontact with recommended the following things to avoid and things to do:

Some said you should avoid being addicted to your TV as a form of relaxation because of the types of programms on the TV the voilence and the rest.Some even recommended avoiding some kinds of drinks most especially drinks that contain caffeine. avoid smoking or trying to use alcohol as aform of tress reliever it will not work,avoid some news items, avoid argument,avoid some types of music such as hard rock and rap music.
These are some of the things to do:
Look for a good way to relax,take part in excercise,try to indulge yourself in some good hobbies that can make your nerves and body relax. All these are good ways to avoid stress when if has a negative impact on your body, but have you ever thought about the failure of all these process or may you have even try it but it did not work. Then try these:
You may have to know that no man is an island and this simply mean that you have to seek help or talk to people about your situation, because being in isolation can easily destroy you.That is why it is often important to cultivate freindship with people that will have a positive impact on your life.
If talking to people fails then you need to go onyour kneels and talk to the creator of the universe.He said in His word that he will never leave us nor will he forsake us and that we should cast all of our care upon him because he cares about us.Crying to him for help will definately help us out of our stress.
We also need to try and think beyond ourself alone ,we need to start thinking about other people and accommodate them in our scheme of things. Getting bitter at other people or life in general will only add to the stress one thing we must know is that everybody in life go through stress handling our stress makes a distinction between a good form of stress or a bad form of stress.
We can not go through life without stress but we can make a good use of any form of stress that comes our way.
