Ideas came from brain not from mind as some are thinking that it came from mind. The better way to generate good and quality idea is BRAINSTORMING. Where group or groupof people seat togather and thinkig on given topics. the using so called ROUND ROBIN Method. in which every member give his ideas alternatiely. Meanwhile one member writing their ideas on a copy or register. when the generation of idea become equal to zero. The group leader started discussing the idea bank.

idea generation by this method very very important because in this method any body even lower grade employee can suggest more valuable idea than a higher grade employee.

To generate positive and qualitative not quantative idea there are some rule to be followed in this mwthod.

- Idea to be given one by one 

- Critiscm not allowed in this method

- Every member should respect each others idea

- Encourage members to give more and more idea

-  Time, Venue, date and Subject to be decleared one or two days before Brainstorming session

 To show the importance of this method a story is coming in my mind. Which is written  by some unknown to me management guru. The story is like that there were in a capital city of a country problem arise due to icecream packet which is made up of paper. Huge pile of paper packet daily cleaned by metropolitane empoloyee. To reduce the cost on cleaning the chairman of metropolitane city arrange Brainstorming session among their employees. So many idea caome to reduce the cost. in which one of the valuable idea was to eat paper packet with icecream. further they work on this idea and finally the idea was to make icecream with biscuit cup.
