Placement Papers usually have four rounds. The first one is the written test paper. It contains the aptitude, reasoning, english language and other objective type questions. Many candidates are often filtered out in the GD round. Those who succeed are asked to go to the interview round. There are often two interviews - these are the HR and the technical interviews.
