The new high-end PDAs from HTC reached the market, but despite the renewed look the news are not many. The new pearls of Touch series have a very attractive new design that follows the model of Diamond launched few months ago.

The new terminals are four: HTC Touch HD, HTC Touch 3G, HTC Touch Viva, and finally the HTC Touch Pro. All of them enjoy the TouchFLO interface that allows you to navigate with just your fingers leaving aside the bothered styluspen.

All models support Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g, and only the Touch Viva, the poorest member of this new series, does not contain an integrated GPS module. The Bluetooth 2.0 and mini-USB are present in all models.

If you want to make video calls then you are restricted to HD and Pro models because they are the only ones with a front camera.

The Viva model is the only one to have the processor from Texas Instruments at 201MHz, while the other models have a more capable Qualcomm CPU at 528MHz.

The Pro model has a design very similar to its predecessor HTC Touch Diamond, however contrary to this the new model has a handy keyboard that slides underneath the terminal.

The biggest news is the Touch HD that has a generous display of 3.8" (slightly larger than the Apple iPhone), and has a resolution of 480x800px never seen in terminals such this. The Pro version is clearly a response to iPhone even by its very similar design and its features trying to contest Apple.
