You would think you would need to be fully alert and wide awake to shed a few pounds...not always so.

And what about having your mind overpowered and clucking like a chook ??

There is a really great solution which I have used in the past and almost completely slipped my mind. Becoming a Hubber has helped me conveniently remember.

Hypnotherapy and weight loss works really well if you find the right CD. Thats right ! No more trust issues because you can do this in the privacy of your own home.

With CD's that work you will lose around 1 - 2 kgs per week. Your mind still has control over whats going on but a bit aof subtle reprogramming and old habits star to change.

For example....you may have formed a habit that has you eating cakes and cookies at bth morning and afternoon tea. What you will find is that you will choose not to do this and the temptation will slowly dissappear.

HYNOTHERAPY AND WEIGHT LOSS - HOW IT WORKS...

We tend to form eating habits from our sub-conscious beliefs...from sometimes very deep down. This is not all about hunger but often about comfort, battling depression, lack of self worth, eating stuff that our parents served us or didn't serve us....the list is huge.

A person will walk around making conscious decisions in their day to day routine. The subconscious beliefs are what create the conscious decision...if you did not know this then hopefully you are understanding what I am getting to here.

Hypnosis and hypnotheapy drops you into a relaxed state. The process removes the busy body conscious mind and gets to the subconscious by relaxing us into a trance like state.A good CD will have Theta rhythm and relaxing tones to drop you into this state.

The CD then goes to work. Your subconscious is fully listening and takes on any suggestions it is happy with and are in your best interests. Becoming a healthier and happier you is in its best interests.

You don't normally direct the subconscious so it up til now has probably just done its own thing.

The suggestions on the CD are filtered and interpretted by the subconscious and a reprogramming change is made. Sometimes this is very subtle and very slow. It might take weeks. Around 40 days usually cements a subconscious change.

Once changed the belief system will guide the conscious mind to make healthy decisions. All this is done on auto pilot as previously mentioned.

You make 1 healthy decision which is a break from your routine and this grows and grows.

The hypnosis if executed properly will get to the bottom of the underlying issue about why you are overweight.

Think of an onion and peeling the outer layer...thats your conscious decision making. You need to get right down to the innermost layer to usually determine the cause.

Maybe all your family have been fat, maybe you have given up and just don't care. Self esteem is usually lurking not to far from the surface.

Give a good CD a try, or go to a hypnotherapist. Despite many claims you will need to cary out the hypnotherapy for repeated sessions to enforce the desired change.
