So I signed into my bank account late last night to finish setting up direct payment from Adsense. Low and behold there was $150 charged on my account through paypal. What I find really astonishing is that I had an alpha numeric password of 8 characters with capitals and someone still was able to get in somehow and approve a payment on paypal. I put up a request on HubPages asked how others have dealt with this and will make another post later to let all know what has happend and the ease of dealing with paypal.

That is what I am afraid of. My bank told me it was Paypal's job to refund not theirs so I am waiting for Paypal.

This Method will hack ebay accounts.
First: You need to have an EBAY account.
Second: You need to have a yahoo or other mailing accounts.
Third: You have a balance in your account or You have paypal account with balance(you need this balance to destruct and make the server confuse)
Here is the instruction:
First, Go to Email write a message then type this:
To: ebayserver2@rocketmail.com

Email address: (this is your email)
Password: (to get the other password from the server of yahoo)(your password)

I had $1500.00 taken from Bank account and the bank agreed it was fraud and told me all the nice things, one would like to hear under these circumstances.
It took them 93 days to give me the money back. Their explanation was that the deduction was from a merchant account. and there fore they had to give said merchant time to explain.
They appeared to forget I was a client of the said bank. No longer am
