Morning Prayer

Each day a new chance

to follow G-d's plan through our

thought speech acts

* * *

Grateful I waken

my soul returns inside the

bounds of the body

Becoming aware

stretch yawn turn move waking

with full clarity

Sam Glaser - Beautiful World

Always in a hurry and
You don’t know why

Always running late and you
Never got time

Still on a roll
And World is a blur

While you in the race…
You are no longer sure

Buried in email you
Can’t take calls

Too busy climbing the same four
Climbing same for walls

Worry and pressure are taken
Their token you

Remember the last time
You fed your soul?

 TAKE A DEEP BREATH

That’s a good start

Say a few words

That come from the heart

 Feel the wind

Watch the sunrise

It’s a beautiful world

When you open your eyes

When was the last time
You walked in the park?

Watched the sunset melt
Into dark

Ever told your family
You were going to take a break

But another Broken promise
Only thing you make

Take a deep breath

That’s a good start

Say a few words

That come from the heart

Life comes and goes

Before you realize

It’s a beautiful world

When you open your eyes

Thank G-d for this beautiful world

It’s a beautiful world

Ohhh….ohhh…
