Hair Styles For Asian Girls

Asian girls are known for their long, straight, and raven black hair, but sometimes a change can give one more confidence. With a new hair style it can also help detach the feeling of getting lost in the sea of black hair. From funky styles, to bright colors, you can turn that ordinary hair into a personal statement.

Girls, the impulse of wanting to chop off all of that long straight mundane hair may be strong, but dont do it...yet. Make sure to consider your facial structure, and how far you actually want to cut your hair.

When considering a new hairstyle it is important to understand your facial structure. If you have a round face, keeping the hair longer helps in thinning it out, and if you have a long face with sharp bone structure, short hair with long bangs works out quite well.

Here are different styles that I found covers a lot of asian faces, and my suggestions on what kind of person should try it.

#1 - This style is good for a small, and square like face. It is not too short, but not cascading down the back, overpowering the face. Having low bangs, with gelled edges winged out makes for a cute style.

#2 - If you have a longer face with flat long cheeks, it nice to accent this by having a shorter hair style. Creating a texture on the head, and using gel to taper it at the end is a nice way to finish the style off.

#3 - If you have a narrow face and sharp cheekbones, a very short cut at the back of your head, with long swooping bangs on your face is a good cut to consider. Your cheekbones will be accentuated, and have a very different look rather than long hair.

#4 - If you have a round baby face it is a good idea to keep your hair longer. To add a something different you can have it tapering in an oval, to thin out the roundness.

#5 - If you have a medium lengthed face, a choppy fun cut could be a good consideration. Cutting the overall length down to the shoulders, and cutting the hair near the face to make side bangs adds a zest and refreshing look.
