It is true that if you take proper care of your hair it will in return compliment your personality. Women from India and the Middle East have used ancient ways for taking care of their hair.

Here are some great tips from India and the Middle East for having lustrous and healthy hair:

  • Massage your scalp with a blend of Rosemary and Olive oil. This improves the blood circulation and stimulates hair growth.
  • Give extra bounce and shine to your hair, rinse your hair with a warm solution of diluted vinegar.
  • To get rid of dandruff, try this natural remedy - Heat coconut oil with a little camphor. Allow the mixture to cool and then apply the oil in scalp and massage for at least 10 minutes. Leave for 30 minutes, rinse hair with a natural shampoo. Towel wrap for 15 minutes. Do the steam.
  • Apply a mixture of egg whites and yoghurt to your scalp. leave for 30 minutes. Rinse hair. This will not only feed scalp with useful egg protein but also condition it naturally and add shine to hair.
  • Give your greying hair a natural color. Mix two cups of Mehandi (Henna), an egg, juice of half a lemon, one table spoon of instant coffee powder. Apply this paste on your hair. rinse after 45 minutes

Lemon for your hair -

Too much hair spray can make your hair dry and dull. If your hair becomes drill or dry, then try this recipe:

Ingredients: 1 piece of lemon and 2 cup of water

Procedure: Slice the lemon and put it in water. Mix it using a mixer for a while and filter the mix using cloth. Put the mix in a sprayer bottle and store in a refrigerator.

To Use: Whenever needed, you just spray it for styling or to refresh your hair.
