Halcali ACEN 2008 Anime Central Photo Gallery 1

These pictures come from ACEN 2008 near the great city of Chicago, IL. May 16-18, Halcali was there. They played to concerts that i was able to go to. They signed autographs for fans all 3 days.

These are pictures from Friday. Some were before they had their concert and after. It was a shame no one could take photographs of the concert because it was great! There was someone filming it and i wonder when we'll be able to see the footage of the concerts in ACEN.

I was pleased with the photos that came out. It was difficult to take them because the management made it clear that people couldnt take photographs without their first consent. Even though both Haruka and Yucali seemed fine with being photographed, the management were very protective.

I got away with some photographs while they werent looking! I mean, come on! They are adorable, i couldnt help it.

The one thing i was mad about was a missed chance of taking a shot. Peelander-Z( a new favorite band) and Halcali actually posed together. Yucali actually got into it and stuck her finger into her nose. This is one of Peelander-Z's Yellow classic antic. My freaking battery died while i was shooting. In my fumbling anxiety, i fixed the problem. Only to click at a shot of them finished with posing together. Im still mad to this day that happen.

All in all, it was a good first day. Enjoy the pictures please!
