Halloween On The Cheap
59Halloween on a Budget
If you are anything like my wife and I you must love Halloween and all the fun this first holiday of the holiday season brings. With the economy the way it is we've been hit pretty hard and it has left us to be more resourceful in ways we'd never thought about before. Holidays don't need to break the bank, you can do all the stuff you want to do without spending a dime. Here I'll give tips on some of the things we've done to make our Halloween fun for the whole family and without spending over twenty dollars.

Ok here is a real cheap way to make a cool glowing decoration for your Halloween
You will need these items:
- Get some one gal milk containers
- Small white trash bags
- Black permanent markers
- Scissors
- Glow sticks or Christmas lights
Using your scissors cut out the back bottom back of the milk carton under the handle just enough for an opening to be there. Draw a face on the front side with your marker. Place the lights inside and cover the carton with a plastic bag with the corner sticking up at the top.
