Hand made face scrub

Save your money by making your own face scrub, that’s good to your skin. Use all natural ingredients that can easily to find in grocery store, around your house or in your garden.

This face scrub is good for dry skin.

Ingredients:

¾ cup rice (grind)

6 oz. All natural yogurt

¼ cup Honey

1 Ripe Avocado

½ Table spoon Turmeric powder

(If you have fresh turmeric use fresh) if you don't like turmeric, then you don't have to use it.

If you can’t find turmeric skip it, or you can use fresh ginger (grind) about ¼ - ½ cup instead.

How to make:

1. Grind rice and blend it with good blender, then pour rice into the cup and set aside.

2. Put yogurt, Avocado, honey, turmeric in the blender and mix the ingredients together, then put in ground rice and continue to blend until all the ingredients mix well.

3. Pour scrub in the container.

Use your hand made body scrub, scrub on your face and body and leave it on for about 45 minutes then wash it off with warm water don’t use soap until your next shower. Keep the left over scrub in refrigerator to use for the next time.

Note: You can keep the scrub in refrigerator for about 1 – 2 week.

For body scrub that I have made and used before, is ginger body scrub, this one is good I like it. The recipe is below...

3/4 cup uncooked grind rice

6 oz.. All natural yogurt

1/4 - 1/2 cup honey 1/2 - 1 cup grind fresh ginger ( Use old ginger not young ginger)

** Young ginger is good to eat but not good to make a body scrub.

** You make by mixes all the ingredients together in the blender untill well blended.
