Another option would be to create the guitar shape by using a template. Then, using parchment paper or freezer paper, you can carve out the guitar shape from your prebaked cake.

One of the most popular designs is a tiered fondant cake. Many of these fondant cakes are two tiers with the top tier featuring Hannah herself. Have your daughter select her favorite Hannah photo and you can then print it out and have it laminated. Once laminated, you can insert it into the top of the cake using a popsicle stick or wooden skewer. You can even add gltter and rhinestones to the photos.

As pictured above, fondant bows make a wonderful accent to your Hannah Montana birthday cake. These bows are fairly simple to create and look terrific on the cake. You could also add fondant around the sides of the cake so that it resembles a wrapped birthday present.
