Hannah Montana Halloween Costumes: How to pick the best from the rest!

Hannah Montana is blazing hot and every girl want to be her-for Halloween that is and how do you figure out what costume is the best? Got your tips right here, coming up Hannah Montana Style!!

1. Hannah is glitter and rhinestone and tough-girl cool. So leave the long skirts, baggy jeans and plain tennis shoes in the closet this year! A good Hannah costume should have glitter aplenty, but mind you not too much Mom; this is a pre-teen to teenage crowd. Less is more if you are in doubt. Glittery or sequined shirts and denim jackets with gemstone edging (cropped is preferred) are what's hot!

2. Hannah loves to rock cowboy boots or sneakers; no true Hannah Montana costume is complete unless you have a pair. To be fair, black boots are okay but remember Miley or "Hannah" is a country girl at heart and country girls wear cowboy boots!

3. Now for the great debate, skirt or jeans? Most moms will on impulse say jeans-for several reasons, modesty is only one. Hannah is no prude as anyone knows and her skirts are rather mini, not obscenely or even vaguely questionable...but well, mini all the same. Hannah skirt costumes should be above the knee, how far above the knee is a judgment call but we recommend no more than 2 to 3 inches for a pre-teen girl. Weather is also a factor. Even if she begs, it's probably not a good idea to allow her to venture out in a mini unless she has leggings as well if the temperature is less than 50 degrees. Thankfully most Hannah costumes come with some type of jacket so that's one less thing you have to worry about. However, if they don't include a jacket, it's a simple matter to just add one; any blue jean, velvet or even corduroy jacket will suffice.

4. Finally, don't forget accessories. They make or break any costume and Hannah Montana is no exception. The best accessories for a Hannah-girl is a big, grand 80's style wide belt, leather or cloth, it doesn't matter, and a cool, brimmed hat. Not Bogart style, mind you but rather Gilligan or the skipper for those Moms old enough know who Gilligan and the Skipper are. Little extras like an ear bud serving as a wireless mic and your little girl's Hannah Montana dream is complete. Happy Halloween!!
