Miley Cyrus is the daughter of Billy Ray Cyrus, who is a popular Country singer with hits like Some Gave All and Achy Breaky Heart. She stars with her father in a popular Disney series called Hannah Montana.

While pre-teen girls love the show, most parents are not so fond of it. They talk about the many times that Miley is nasty and insensitive when dealing with her dearest friends and her sarcastic, smart alec demeanor when she talks to her father. Quite a few parents have even stopped allowing their 5-8 year old girls to watch the show because they've noticed them modeling themselves after the tv show character.

Recently, Miley Cyrus has started to show quite a bit of less than stellar behavior in real life, too. Sending less than innocent photos to her boyfriend and doing a pole dancing routine at the Teen Choice Awards are two of her less than wise choices.

Perhaps she's been watching too many of her own tv show episodes?

Ask who their favorite pop star is and at least half of America's pre-teen girls will respond with either "Hannah Montana" or "Miley Cyrus." The idea of seeming like an ordinary school girl by day and transforming to a famous pop star at night has captured their imagination. They spend hours watching movies and tv episode reruns.

For young Hannah Montana fans, figuring out that they need to hunt for Miley Cyrus music videos if they want to enjoy the whole song they heard a few lines from on a tv show can be a challenge. In fact, five and six year old fans may actually refuse to watch Miley Cyrus videos because they don't like her and only want to see Hannah!

Luckily, the folks at Disney understand the star power of her alter ego and usually bill any performances as "Miley Cyrus performing as Hannah Montana."
