Has President Barack Obama hurt or helped Americans is an inquisitive question that got most Americans thinking about his job performance.  Business Week gave President Barack Obama an A  grade on his performance to date.  The magazine said that it did not always agree on President Barack Obama's policies but his performance is that of a great Chief Executive Officer of the United States of America.

When you have grown children and would like to know how they are doing in the world once they are released from higher education, all you have to do is to ask someone else.  Of course,  you as the mother or father are proud of your child especially if your son or daughter graduated doing their best in college.  You may be thinking that all of your life savings putting your child through college paid off and was worth it.

In that same line of thinking, President Barack Obama as a graduate of Harvard University and law professor elected to the presidency just a few months ago is performing as though he has done his homework.  His performance at the G20 Summit sent out the intelligent message to Europeans, Frenchmen and Germans that though the United States is a strong nation; it can not cure the world economic crisis alone.  He spoke as a smart politician and was able to get $1.1 trillion dollars in aid to help the less develop countries with their economic problems.

Although the Europeans were not keen on adding funds to the stimulus plan they did agree on adding troops to the war in Iraq and Afghanistan.  With a president of the knowledge and intelligence to act with poise and a dedication to solving the world's problem, Americans can say that President Barack Obama is helping America instead of hurting America.

While at the G20 Economic Summit in Europe, President Barack Obama not only sought to unite countries,he attempted to get France to accept Turkey into NATO, though France adamantly declined.  President Barack Obama was not disturbed by the Turks rioting in disagreement with France and went on about the business of representing the United States in a diplomatic manner, unafraid of speaking out on controversial political issues.

Although President Barack Obama grew up away from the mainlain in Indonesia for a short time, he was able to represent the United States of America as though he had been born in his Senate state of Chicago.  President Barack Obama's mother believed in education and wanted the best for her son.  As President Barack Obama's mother wanted the best for him, Americans expect the best out of the president.  Americans can be satisfied that the president is doing his best job to represent the American people and it showed while he was at the G20 world summit.

As of the writing of this article, President Barack Obama is tirelessly representing America in its effort to curtail the drug cartels of Mexico.  President Barack Obama is not a stay in the White House politician and then vacation at Camp David every now and then just for a change of scenery.  President Barack Obama is constantly  traveling, speaking and keeping the American people informed about the state of the economy and the state foreign affairs.

How can an American say that President Barack Obama is hurting the country if they are being exposed to a transparent government and not being left in the dark in reference to the state of the country?  Americans can log onto recovery.gov  to follow the allocations of the president's $787 billion Economic Stimulus Package.  Because of the financial state of the banks, President Barack Obama is bringing transparency to the banks.  With the economic assistance of Treasury Secretary Timothy Geithner, banks are being restructured with the help of the Federal Reserve System.

President Barack Obama is helping Americans and helping the country to get back on its feet after a recession that began in December of 2007.  President Barack Obama's $787 billion economic plan that became law on February 17, 2009, has the purpose of creating 3.5 million jobs.  A trip to even the city of Las Vegas will show that hotel rates are cheaper than ever because of the number of venues that are closing.  When the recession hit a city where the house always win, then one can be sure that the country is in a dire economic condition along with other economic indicators.

Microsoft has laid thousands of people off, major automakers have needed billions of dollars in bailouts and banks have needed to be restructured because of toxic assets.  Many of these economic conditions began long before President Barack Obama ran for presidential office.  During the campaign election of 2008, the then Barack Obama said that it took eight years of Bush economics of almost no regulations on Wall street among other economic mistakes to get the country to the dire economic state.  Why would President Barack Obama leave his family to campaign for a job and then to win a job of tumultuous proportions. Simply, because President Barack Obama wants to help the American people.

Two wars raging in  Iraq and Afghanistan did not deter President Barack Obama from taking on the toughest job in the country.Once in the White House, President Barack Obama hit the Congress floor running filling seats with qualified cabinet members.  President Barack Obama selected from a sea of rivals and placed his campaign opponent into office as Secretary of State.   The American people were amazed at the selection of Hillary Clinton as the Secretary of State and knew that President Barack Obama was not in the presidency for himself but for the American people. Hillary Clinton had not been kind in her bid for the presidency and had tried to stiple President Barack Obama's qualifications because of experience.  Now Secretary of State Clinton has been to Korea to represent America from her new post that was appoint to her by President Barack Obama.

Reviewing presidents before President Barack Obama puts him in a place of office circumstances  similiar to  former President Franklin D. Roosevelt .  President Barack Obama faced economic situations of recession as President Roosvelt faced economic situations of the Great Depression of the 1930's. President Roosevelt presided over the United States during the Great Depression and spoke tirelessly telling the American people at that time that the only thing they had to fear was fear itself.  President Roosevelt also attended a world economic summit in 1933 but without much result.  The unemployment rate during the Roosevelt days were up to 30%.  The unemployment rate is 8.5% up from 7.6% when President Barack Obama first took office.

President Barack Obama, however, tackles the economic situation like the  high unemployment rate with the diligence in which he approves programs that he think will jolt the economy out of the recession.  The president had to sign a $410 milllion bill to keep open nine government offices.  President Barack Obama signed the bill with a notation that he did  not totally agree but signed to keep government employees working.  The bill had been on the floor before President Barack Obama took presidential office.

It is obvious that President Barack Obama is not a lazy or a withdrawn politician.  President Barack Obama has shown transparency with the number of press conferences he has had since entering the office of the presidency.  The news conferences are held to keep Americans optimistic about the economy.  President Barack Obama, first speech to the Joint Session of Congress proved once again that he was the President of Hope as he assures the American people that "brighter days" were coming in reference to the economy.

At one time, political analyst were saying that President Barack Obama was having quite a number of press conferences.  They concluded that the state of the economy and the bank crisis mandated that he is constantly reassuring the American people that  the country is moving up out of the recession.  President Barack Obama appeared on The Tonight Show with Jay Leno and assured the American people that the issue at that moment (AIG) was going to pay back the American people their tax money.  AIG which the government had just bailed out with $170 billion of government funds used 160 million of the money to pay millions of dollars to CEOs.  President Barack Obama labelled "shameful" the enormous amounts of money that was being paid to CEO's on wall streets and at banks. Congress passed a bill to tax the CEO's bonuses at a rate of 90% to recoup American's taxes and a few of the CEO's returned the bonuses.

President Barack Obama had put a limit on the salaries of $500,000 to executives and was  just as outraged as the American public of AIG's action.  President Barack Obama sided with the American people and mentioned his outrage again at a conference with small business leaders in the White House.  A president who sides with the American people is not in office to hurt  anyone.  President Barack Obama is in office to help the American people.

Presiident Barack Obama is helping the American people by creating million of jobs with the $787  billion Economic Stimulus Package.  The $787 billion Economic Stimulus Package is creating jobs when people are being laid off by the thousands and business are closing for the hundreds. President Barack Obama Economic Simulus Package is prolonging unemployment benefits so that families will not go hungry and is adding $13 to their weekly pay check starting in June of 2009. President Barack Obama is also helping senior citizens by making private insurance companies bid on premiums for a fairer rate that has skyrocketed.

President Barack Obama is travelling the world promoting the good will of the American people with a message to its allies that America can not solve the economic crisis alone.  President Barack Obama is seeking to provide health care to 11 million American children that are in families with no health insurance.  President Barack Obama is also upgrading the health care system and is saving the American people' health care cost  by integrating information technolgy into the health care system.

President  Barack Obama has accomplished much in his three months of office and now the financial system seems to be finally turning around.  Citi bank as of April, of 2009 reported a gain of $1.6 billion.  Investments companies are finallyl profiting again.  The transportation system of building buses in California is providing jobs in other states as parts for the buses are available in those places.  States are initiating high speed rail to compete with transit technologies that rivals China and Japan.  Emergency reponse personnel have been able to hold until their jobs because of the funds that are allocated from the recovery plan for that purpose.  Because President Barack obama is the president of hope, people are reducing their work hours so that others can work to provide for their families. Organizations such as schools are reducing their work days to four day work week in the effort to save jobs and avoid layoffs.  President Barack Obama told the Joint Session of Congress that a CEO gave 16 million dollars to his community for no other reason except the money was needed by people who he had grown up with.

Has President Barack Obama helped or hurt the American people?  President Barack Obama does not run away from his responsibilities and is now in the process of opening communications with Cubans.  Cuban families can now visit their American counterparts without the sporadic rules that was prevalent under the Bush Administration.  Cubans were only allowed to visit their families no more than three times a year from Cuba.  Now Cubans have unlimited visits to their families in America because of President Barack Obama's policy.

President Barack Obama has helped Americans and has done more in three months than some presidents have done during their two terms of service.  President Barack Obama loves  America and his purpose for being president is to help the American people.   President  Barack Obama connects with the American people by reading the 10 letters out of thousands religously everyday.  President Barack Obama reads the big black book of political briefing delivered to the White House each night.  Americans can be  confident and assured that President Barack Obama is doing his job to help them with his uptodate knowledge of events and legislature that affects their everyday life.

President Barack Obama said that he became president because of the love of his country and for his two girls Malia, 10 and Shash 1 0 and wife Michelle.  President Barack Obama was transparent with his reason for accepting the presidential nomination.  As President of the United States, Americans should be confident in the knowledge that President Barack Obama is in it for them.  Americans should "get it."
