 Dancing to music is a fun way to excerise. After you have eaten a healthy breakfast and relaxed for a little while. Put on some music with a steady beat. Start with some stretches. Stand in place and swing your arms up and down while moving your legs from up and down as if you're marching. Sing with the hip music and start to relax. This is called warming up. You should do this so your muscles won't be so sore. Do some jumping jacks at least 15. Pretend you are hula hooping rolling your hips around to keep the imaginary hoop up for 8  minutes.Then turn on your favorite oldies or hip hop radio station and just dance for about 30 to 45 minutes a day.

There are all kinds of excellent dance excerise dvd's out there. These show you how to do the favorite dance steps .While you're at it have lots of fun and burn those calories too.

Hip hop dancing can burn calories fast. Losing the inches is fun and easy to do with this dance excerise dvd. the motion done in hip hop dancing promotes nice toned abs. It makes you feel great and is relaxing. Jennifer Galardi,a marvelous dancer and teacher, created this fun dance routine.

Take some dance lessons at a dance studio. it is a good place to meet other people who want to get healthy while dancing. Ballroom dancing  with a partner is a lot of fun for anyone. Couples and singles are taking lessons instead of going to the gym. Ballroom dancing burns a bunch of calories from 250 calories to even 400 calories an hour. So grab your someone and dance! When ballroom dancing you also are depending on your memory to learn the steps. Dancing works your muscles and you lose inches.

Dance Your Ass Off Oxygen channel 64.

 I found this new TV show ,hosted by Marissa Jaret Winokur,on Monday 10/9 central where contestants dance their asses off for the audience. The twelve finalists have a dance routine and an instruction professional dance partner assigned to them. Hip Hop,ballroom dancing and even ,yes,pole dancing. Weekly weight in take place after the routine is performed. The most weight and has the highest dance score is totaled. The loser has to go home. This show is interesting and entertaining. Dancing with the Stars

This is a very popular tv show that has brought back New interest in dancing. The show features different types of dancing such as the sumba,ballroom,and waltz. Well known Celebriies pair off on the show and how well they dance is voted on. Donny Osmond,Ashley Hamilton,Kelly Osbourne,Joanna Krupa, and Micheal Irvin are just a few of the celebrities on this 2009 season show beginning September 21.


Remember, having fun and losing inches dancing is a good way to get back into jeans that may be a little too tight or into a sexy new bikini. Your confidence will soar while your getting back in shape. Dance for your heart health and inner well being. The results will be amazing!

I agree dancing is healthy fun,oh how I wished they allowed the posting of pics in these comment boxes,I have a photoshoped picture of some cats dancing in some sort of disco party or the other, it's so hillarious..LOL
