Are you into unusual ideas, are you looking for something that is unique, something you do not see everyday, something that people would not even think of doing, and when you do come across it, it just blows your mind,  Listening to peoples ideas, and thoughts and what they are into and interested in,  friend of my mom had this magazine,  they are into flowers and plants,  anything to do with the home to improve it. well looking in the magazine, came across the most unusual ways to plant your flowers, or veggies, or what ever you have a green thumb for. What took my eyes, the mind thought, People are taking old shoes, old boots, old sinks that no one is using, and making them planters. it "blew my mind"  what also took me away are how people minds can work when you put your mind to it. All the things we think are junk, may not be if we think out of the box,  i mean people are using Cat litter Buckets, toys, Kitchenware, old things, that are not being used any more, they add there own art work to it,  there unique style, and plant.

This website I came across Thrifty fun, you have see the boots that were made planters,  Yes boots, I would have never thought of something like this,  but I love it.so much I wanted more people to see. and  Vegetable Garden in an Old Bathtub. now i was kind of hesitate about that one the thought of it, but I was listening to someone speak awhile ago, and they were talking about how there grandmother would take a bath. and would not let the water out after she was done. now first thing in your mind thought is that is gross. But her mind thought was i am going to use that water to water my plants. don't waste the water. it may be dirty, but it is good for the plants. so i thought hey old bath tub, is a good Idea.

Also bed frames, car tires, when people throw out tires and just let them lay on side of the road, pick it up take it home and make it a flower planter. the ideas are so awesome that I am definitely going to start..Go too yard sales. look at something, and put your mind to it, and put your arts, and crafts together and go for it.  also the wooden planter boxes, if you no someone who is into wood, that can carve you a nice wood box, or you may just see one on street that no one is using, sand it down, and you can make a planter out of that, Instead of throwing out that old plastic container, how about adding your art talent,  jazz up that old plastic container, and make it a planter. and the plants really grow,  like the boots, cut off the toe part and plants are coming out of the toes, out of the sides, coming out of the top, and it looks very cool.

so next time you are looking at that pot your about to throw away, think again, think out of the box, make planters, jazz it up and paint it, make it a picture holder, prop that little pot up after you paint it, make it  nice,  make it picture holder,   people look will look at that and say hey that is a cool idea.
