I've never been able to find really nice headphones for running until recently. People everywhere stick with their familiar earbud headphones, but for me personally those do not cut it for jogging. One of the reasons is that they start to slip and fall out when you're running. That takes away many of the sound frequencies, so I always end up having to push the ear buds back in and keep them from falling. Other people use earphones with headbands, but I don't like those either because they can slide and rub against your head causing some irritation, and being just plain uncomfortable.

In an effort to solve those problems (I go jogging every day) I tried a lot of different kinds of headphones, and recently stumbled upon one pair that I'm really happy with. They are the Sennheiser MX75 Twist-To-Fit In-Ear Sport Headphones. These are designed specifically for sports, especially jogging and running. They are the best headphones for jogging that I have used up until this point. The best thing about them is that they feature little rubber stoppers attached to the earbuds. That fastens the earbuds firmly in place so that they don't slip and slide and fall out. And because they are made of soft rubber, they do not cause the same kind of painful friction that headband sets do.

Another bonus is their plastic clip that fastens the earphones' cable to your clothing so you can avoid knocking your headphones out. I like to fasten the clip to the lower part of the front of my shirt to keep the cable away from my moving arms.

The sounds quality of these earbuds is also excellent, maintaining nice low end sound that normally vanishes when earbuds start to slip. Thanks to the rubber stoppers you can avoid that sharp high-end-only sound that you probably experience when you go jogging. The MX75 Twist-to-Fit headphones are a great choice for athletes and joggers and I really like them.
