The Body we have Now...

The body you have now is the only one you're going to get. It's really important to take good care of your body now. Exercise, fitness and personal care of your body is so important.

I've heard a number of people say that our body is a temple and we need to take care of it as best we can!

Performance of your body is based on what you do to your body and what (in turn) your body will do for you.

There is a saying that I think I need to mention to you. If you put garbage into your body, trust me, you'll get garbage out. In other words, your body performance will be greatly reduced if you put garbage into your body.  For example, it takes about 64 ounces of water to flush away 1 can of soda pop!

Drinking water is the way to a healthy body. It cleans the human body of all the poisons in all our systems. 98% of our body is water, it functions much better with water.

A couple of Thoughts on Dieting...

Most diets don't work because they rob the body of needed nutrients. So, to lose the weight that you want to, you need to look at the diet itself and see if it does what it should do and that is to lower the consumption or amount of food taken in. Not something crazy like - all you can eat is "something" - if that something doesn't have all the nutrients your body needs it will fight back and force you to eat what you're body needs!

I have some Reviews of some diet programs that can help you choose the best program for you.  Everybody will respond a little different to a diet depending on what state your body is in now.  So make the right choice when it comes to dieting.

Forced Dieting

About 20 years ago, I had big problem with my throat and was unable to swallow anything thicker than pudding! With that kind of a problem - you lose weight fast - however, my body was craving so many other things that it wasn't getting because of the swallowing problem! I went from 185 pounds down to 123! The big problem was that I had been losing my strength as well. My body in defense took the nutrients that it needed from my stores of nutrients in my body and wore me down in the process!

Please, before you start any diet or exercise program talk to your doctor and make sure that the diet or exercise program that you start is good for you and will not make things worse!

A couple of Thoughts on Exercise...

Exercise usually brings up a lot issues for a lot of people. What if I told you that there is a "Good" version of exercise? One of the main things that you have to remember is to have fun - don't think of exercise as work or as a chore.

One of the major problems with exercise is that sometimes you get bored with it or you feel like you're not getting the results you should. Combining different types of Aerobics might be the answer. Which is a term called Aerobics Cross-Training.

Aerobic cross-training refers to using two to three different types of aerobic exercise during an exercise session. For example, if you plan to exercise for 60 minutes, you might start with 20 minutes of walking or jogging, followed by 20 minutes of biking, and finish with 20 minutes of rowing.

Extra weight on your body, makes your body work much harder than has to. It makes your heart have to work harder to supply the extra weight with blood and it makes it harder to do every day things that needs to done. So do yourself a favor and get in shape now!
