Goji berry is a sweet-tasting, dark-red colored fruit, this fruit has extraordinary healing properties that most people don't know about, it is considered as the world's most nutrient-dense food. I've heared a lot about goji and it's wonders in healing differents ailments and diseases but they say goji from the Tibet are the most nutritious of all the varieties.

You know what is the truth? In almost every region of the world there is a berry of some kind that has health benefits. I have yet to hear about an edible berry that does not have health benefits. I agree Goji Berries are a healthy food.

Goji berries are delicious...if you dont like them plain, soak them in water overnight and use the water as a base for a smoothie. add frozen fruit and spinach to the blender and you have an antioxidant powerhouse!
