What Are Free Radicals And Why Do People Need Foods High In Antioxidents!

Definition: Antioxidants Are Considered To Be - The Good - Are compounds that neutralize oxygen radicals. Vitamin C is just one example of the good. Antioxidants are naturally occurring phytonutrients. They are found in many fruits and vegetables and we all need to have natural antioxidants in our diet which is essential to good health! Definition: Free Radicals Are Considered To Be - The Bad - They are molecules with unpaired electrons that react readily with other molecules. Oxygen-free radicals, produced during metabolism, will damage cells and may be responsible for aging tissues and organs. In the body tissues, free radicals can damage cells and are believed to speed up cardiovascular disease, the progression of cancer and age-related diseases as well. Antioxidants play a huge role in your overall health, wellness and exercise! There is a sincere interest in improved health with the general public and the sports or athletic world due to injuries, obesity, flues, illnesses and more. Scientists have found that antioxidants help with the prevention of cellular damage which can be responsible for many diseases such as aging cancer, or arthritis pain and more.

We all need to prevent free radical damage to our bodies! We need a defense system of antioxidants to help rid the body of these free radicals!

We should all be conscious of a healthy diet for prevention against the free radicals or the bad and get more antioxidants, the good into our bodies!

Foods high in antioxidants and phytonutrients have been proven to:

1. They can boost your immune system to help resist colds, flues and viruses

2. They can help slow down the aging process of the skin and other organs.

3. Antioxidants can help support healthy vision and also protect against aging eye diseases.

4. It may also lower your risk of both cancer and heart disease.

Antioxidants have been prov-en to protect human cells from oxidative free radical damage, which is the primary cause of aging of the body and brain.

Now is the right time to be drinking a healthy juice because of all the free radicals that may be in your body!

Christine M Turner resides in Upstate, New York and has been a single Mom of four children for over twenty years.  She also had a business with horses during that time and is an animal lover.

Christine M Turner has also been enrolled in network marketing programs over the past years and helped her down-line to develop the skills necessary to work in a home based business or MLM, so they can be successful as well. 

Christine has helped friends and members of her team by consulting with them at their request and teaching them to learn the skills that they need in order to build their business.

She is more than willing to help others learn strategies of how to work from home, since she has been doing so for the past ten years.
