It's always recommended by the dietician to have broccoli at any time of the day be it breakfast, lunch or dinner. Broccoli is used as a remedy for high blood pressure mostly because of the vitamin C it contains (even more so than an orange).

It’s not every day that a person actually reads about a vegetable that is so “common” yet has so many the wonderful health benefits. When I was a child I remember my Mom saying that we should have plenty of green vegetables if we want to grow up healthy. I guess Mom knew something after all!
