Cucumber is a fruit that came from the same family as pumpkin, zucchini and other squashes. It has a dark green rind and white succulent flesh. There are 2 types of cucumbers the pickling varieties and the slicing varieties. The pickling variety is relatively small (2 - 4 inches long).

I have been taking cucumber juice daily for the past 3 weeks and the difference is amazing. My skin is silky and soft and there is no dryness whatsoever. My eyes are sparking and I have attracted lots of compliments. I would mix it will apple, carrot or celery and it has also helped reduce bloatedness. I would recommend anyone to give it a go, the effects on your body and mental health are wonderful and in a few short weeks the difference is quite astonishing. Get juicing, I say!

i hate cucumbers but the only reason i eat them is to loose weight and such...

but i eat them with ranch to get rid of the yuckie flavor.....

I mix cucumbe.carriots with orange juice...it is deliciuos....pplus the benefits.........
