Hi Len,

Thank you for posting the health benefits of guava, when I was in the Philippines we have a lot of guava trees and I always enjoy eating them. I really miss it, we don't have much guave here in Sydney if there is any, they will be very expensive.

Could you please give some advice on juicing a guava? What's the best way to get all those little seeds separated from the thick juice? Thanks!

The anti-oxidant power of guava is just behind blueberry but taste and smell much better and cost much lower too. In Malaysia you can easily get a kilograme for less than USD1.00. Truly Malaysian are living in Luckyland and yet not knowing; but sneered at their own wonderful tropical fruits by stuffing themselve into obesity with imported junkfood...including cold pizza dish.....senyum kambing.

I LOVE GUAVA!! and HAWAII! I had it every morning when I stayed there on Waikiki Beach. The people there are amazing and oh so friendly. My favorite way to have guava juice is mixed with fresh pineapple juice. It doesn't get any better than that! =] This article made me smile.
