Are the health benefits on the pumpkin seeds page for pumpkin seeds or for radish ... as in the middle of the listed health benefits it says something about radishes and then cucumbers and bitter gourds??

just wanted everyone to know the i have noticed that after eating pumpkin seeds at night, in the morning my fasting blood sugar is always within the 70/80 range. i love to snack on them at night with a large glass of ice water
