every morning, i make a smoothie with soybean JUICE instead of cow milk and i find that it keeps me feuled really well.
1) 1/2 cup of ice
2) 3 strawberries
3) 1 cup of soybean juice
add sugar or artificial sweetener to taste

Do you know that in some places in Japan, where soy is natural food product, dwellers live to be 100 or more. It has great anti-oxidant properties. One of my favourite soy products is tempeh. When cooked with chillie, anchovies and nuts, it's heavenly! Thanks for the great information.
