Can eating walnut cause problem in some people. I have noticed the following on several occasions. After few hours of eating 5-6 walnuts, I have felt as if I am going to faint. This happens just a second or so. I don't believe this is coincidence. I have experienced similar feeling any other time.

how much walnut is ok to take,i like a desert spoon put on a plate and mopped up with pitta bread.dont know iff thats good for me or not but it tastes nice /

Twice now I've eaten after supper less then 1/2 cup of fresh walnuts. Twelve hours later (both times), "Oh my" cramps! Minutes later I'm having to use the washroom #"2." A little while late same place only it's liquid. Cramps continue for a couple of hours. What's going on? Stomach feels weird, a little light headed and body now feeling cold! Some have said it works as a laxative. If so - does it ever! Again what's the correct amount one should take a day! And please be specific. THANKS

Walnust is good for mind and give strenth to bones and brain, daily consumption should not exceed more than 3-4 walnuts a day. This give a boost to your sexual power too and people underweight may use this as a weight gainer.

Over all its a very good diest esp for people having heart proble,

After taking walnut (2 per day) I am getting cold and sneezing. Anything else to be taken along with Walnut? Does it cause alergy?
