Wheat germ along with whole wheat, is a rich source of nutrients that makes it important for a healthy diet. Wheat germ contains vitamins and minerals but it is especially rich in Vitamin E.

It has been found that oil derived from wheat germ improves strength and increases longevity. Studies found that the active elements in the germ are vitamin E and the essential fatty acids.

This Hub page is worthy of readers considering it TO STAY ALIVE. i'm taking a large number of supplements and several prescription drugs to offset: 4 stents, the onset of intermediate macular degeneration; also I manage a life threatening asthma condition well.
