It Really Is Simplistic To Attain Health
The definition of food is, required “life giving”, fuel for the cells of the body, whereby nutrients of organic origin are, absorbed and assimilated by the cells, to achieve a harmonic balance in which all systems function as necessary, to promote optimum health. Food is not an activity, it is not your friend, it’s not a crutch for you to lean on, it’s not for you to fill your belly with whatever! The body requires foods of the earth, and all other man-made, or synthetic substances and foods, processed to the point of the life energy being drained from it (which is most of the food available in supermarkets), renders these substances unusable, and thus, toxic to the blood stream, and cells of the body. No positive health, can be attained by such usage.
The fundamental principal of true healing consists of the return to natural habits of living, utilizing the natural substances provided for the body, and a reduction of utilization of poisonous substances like, cheap American foods, chemically enhanced or synthetic products. Proper living habits are of much more value than medicine in the production and maintenance of good health. There is today a greater menace to civilization (specifically in America where sickness and death rates are quadruple that of others), than that of war. This menace is malnutrition. We are not talking about underweight people, but the obese and overweight, these people are grossly malnourished.
Diets other than that, of natural origin are destined to failure, and will contribute to an increase in preventable diseases. Humans are not carnivores, our digestive systems are that, of omnivores. Meats are the least healthful foods for humans. If you don’t believe it, just look at that big belly, or that sagging skin, and all of the people whose lives, are daily drained of life energy, from negative living. We eat too much, and most of what we eat is poison to our system. Half of what we eat keeps us alive, and the other half keeps the physicians alive. As well as eating too much, we do not masticate (chew) our food thoroughly. Since many of our diseases can be traced to improper diet, the cure for these ailments is a correct, well-balanced diet, and some form of exercise.
The human body is from the earth, and exist as the earth, as we are responsible for trillions of lives, the cells of our bodies. Just as the earth, must not be contaminated with, chemical, synthetic, impure substances, so must not the body. The rivers of the earth are the blood stream, the lifeline of the earth. We know that contamination of the lifeline of the earth, will end up in destruction of life, and an inability for life to continue.
Such is the plight of humans who contaminate the blood stream with impure, and non-life giving substances. The human body is not an empty receptacle for dumping anything we want, we must nourish the cells of the body with “life giving” nutrients. When we don’t, the body cannot produce cells, and many of existing cells mutate, causing disease, or they are simply destroyed.
Chemical medicines are totally poison to the cells. Synthetic, and chemically enhanced, or processed products, have been stripped of the “life giving” nutrients. So no matter what the doctor says, no matter what the pharmaceutical company tells you, healing begins from the cellular level, and the necessary nutrients for cellular growth, must come from the earth. This can eliminate preventable diseases, as the body receives the necessary nutrients, which results in systemic balance!
A true diet is not based on calories but on the organic elements that promote and sustain life. Some of our most common and serious diseases are caused by wrong habits of eating and drinking, including the use of tobacco, alcohol, and drugs (legal and illegal). This has been proven by numerous scientific experiments in recent years. When food is absorbed by the body, it will nourish, repair, and furnish life force and heat to the body.
If in the preparation and refining, of our foods, the life-giving elements are taken away, it cannot furnish life force, but instead it will clog the normal functions of the body and result in many disorders. Meats are one of the main sources of toxicity in the digestive tract, and thus all systems. Cooking meats, destroy’s the life giving nutrients contained in meat, and alters it, into unusable material for the cells to assimilate. All foods altered by processing, and substances not of nature have been stripped, or do not contain, the life giving elements, they are of no benefit to the cells. Foods such as: most commercial substances designed for fitness, fast foods, fried foods, burned foods, synthesized foods, overcooked foods, highly sugared, highly salted, processed foods, canned, and frozen foods, none of which provide the necessary life force to promote health, and to maximize an atmosphere conducive to disease prevention.
Many diseases are nature’s effort to free our system of poisons that result from wrong habits of eating and drinking. When we assist nature in expelling impurities and in reestablishing right conditions in the system, we can overcome disease, and overall negativity, within the body.
The whole nation needs more natural vitamins, more education on preventive health, more education on the substances from the earth that assist the body in it’s many functions, better cooks, more care exercised in the preparation of our food, and smaller hospitals.
The human race has been growing more and more self-indulgent until health is being sacrificed on the altar of appetite. I myself eat meats, and indulge in some not so healthful eating, but I minimize the intake of non-life giving foods, and increase my intake of fiberous foods, probiotics, and utilize herbal and natural intestinal cleansers, to maximize nutritional absorbtion. Animal foods are not, the most healthful food for humans, recent scientific research and experiments have proven this beyond a doubt. The nutrient-filled, organic diet, given to Adam and Eve in the Garden of Eden did not include flesh meats. We should learn how to avoid and overcome sickness by correct eating and living, in this way we take control of our own health and lives.
