When shopping for bath and body products, look for items which contain natural ingredients such as fruits, grasses, plant extracts and other botanicals. Products that contain aloe vera, essential oils and shea butter can also hydrate, nourish and product your skin.

All natural aloe vera soothes, heals and moisturizes skin. Shea butter can soften skin, improve textures and reduces inflammation. Essential oils, such as jojoba, lavender, and dozens of others use natural emollients to hydrate and protect your skin.

Bath and body products include more than just shower gels and body lotion, you can select body scrubs, which use salt or sugar to exfoliate skin, bath salts, body butter, creams, sprays and much more.

Check the label when purchasing bath and body products to find those rich in natural botanicals. Just because it says natural doesn't mean it is. Look at the list of ingredients to check it out for yourself.

No matter what the season, you need to keep your skin nourished and hydrated. Follow these simple skincare tips to keep your skin in tip-top shape.

6. Exfoliate twice a month. Use exfoliating products to remove dead skin cells and revive your skin. This process will leave your skin radiant and younger looking.
