I always wondered why breakfast was so important, I thought that it was because you got a better chance to burn off the calories, didn't realise it kick started your metabolism. Nice hub.
good Hub..breakfast is always a good subject for me. I have to tell you that if I eat breakfast about 1 to 2 hours AFTER I wake up it helps with keeping flat abs vs eating like 15 minutes after you wake up.(granola)..if I switch to a fruit, juice or a pastry then I also keep flatter abs. I know..whatever.
