Clean Eating is the Best Healthy Abs Diet

Have you prepared yourself mentally to stop eating unhealthy? I wish I was a magician and could make your fat disappear. And I am sure you have realized now the only way you are going to attain six pack abs will come directly from the a healthy abs diet.

Starting out I struggled with proper nutrition. I though I could have the perfect body just by doing cardio for an hour a day. And I spent more time in the gym than most of my fellow enthusiasts.

Sure I shed some of my unwanted belly fat. But I never really cut the nice v cut I desperately desired. Until I finally began eating clean, which if you have not began really refining the foods you eat. It can become very challenging.

And I want to tell you something which may help speed up your fat loss. Your not looking for the best diet plan, you're in search of a new lifestyle and eating healthy is a choice you must make if you want ripped abs.

Here are the staples of food you need to consume in your new lifestyle.

  • Proteins like chicken, fish, eggs whites and lean cuts of red meat will always be your first selection. You should try to eat some source of protein at every meal and I do suggest supplementing a protein shake or bar for an in between meal snack. Deli meats like turkey and roast beef are excellent sources of lean proteins.
  • Fiber must be increased. It serves the purpose of speeding unwanted fats through the digestive system and helps in over all digestion. Make sure you start out slowly increasing the amount of fiber you take. I made the mistake of consuming way to much when I started and spent a way too much time in the rest room. Also choose vegetables that are fibrous. Brussel sprouts, cauliflower and broccoli are excellent sources.
  • Water must be increased to help over all fat burning. Most people do not drink enough water. Don't substitute diet cola, you need water. I know may people I work out with think they get enough in their coffee and diet cola. It's not enough, you need water.

Salads are fine as long as you don't drench them in dressing. These staples are what I have used for years to keep my stomach tight. I do allow the occasional slip up, usually on Sunday.

These foods can help you shed belly fat as long as you stick to them and not waiver for less healthier choices.

I would suggest visiting Get Ripped Abs and download the free training manual called 21 Ways to Carve a Six Pack. It has more helpful diet and training advice. And you will not keep yourself up at night wondering if your tummy fat is keeping you less attractive.
