Nowadays people have realised that juicing is the way to go along with excerise and proper nutrition ,if they are going to have a healthy life style.

Here are some recipes that will surely put a smile on your face .They are great for the outer appearance as well as the inner self.

Carrot juice has long been heralded as the miracle juice.It contains vitamin A which is good for the eyes.vitamin c ,as well as it is alkaline and antioxidant. If you have an acidic stomach drink a glass of carrot juice .The acid in your stomach will be neutralized.You can mix it with beet juice which is full of iron,or orange juice which is another excellent combination as it contains vitamin C.

Watermelon,cantaloupe & milk is great for building your immune system as well as its alkaline.

Apple, carrot and tomato is good for improving for complexion.

Wheat barley is rich in iron and can be combined with orange juice.

Mixing mango, pear, carrot and apple is an anti oxidant. It removes the toxins and decrease blood pressure.

Pears and banana is a good combination for ulcers and constipation.Pear juice is alkaline and is good if you have ulcers.

Pineapple,apple and watermelon,to dispel excess salts and nourish the bladder and kidneys.

Orange + Ginger + Cucumber - Improve Skin texture and moisture and reduce body heat.

Carrot + Ginger + Apple - Boost and cleanse our system.

Spinach juice.Yes it does not have a good taste but its rich in iron and after awhile you get used to the taste.

Love this one though I haven't tried the carrot juice but if you get the magic bullet blender this will make it faster & easier...I did it with bananas, peanut butter & milk & made a great shake....
