Heidi Montag has posed nude in Playboy.  The former star of "The Hills" and "I'm a Celebrity...Get Me Out of Here!" appears naked in a spread in the men's magazine.

Montag has seemingly tried everything to stay in the celebrity spotlight, starting with her awful music video of Montag running and rolling on the beach in a bikini.

After trying her luck in singing, fashion designing, and dry shampoo line, the 'The Hills' star', Heidi Montag Pratt, now looks at some thing else for a career - Fitness trainer.

September Playboy cover displays Heidi, who appears to be coated with mud, in a white bikini with a Playboy bunny sketched out on her midsection.

The born-again Christian who bailed on Get Me Out Of Here three times, despite the fact that she was supposed to be raising money for charity, was said to have bared all for the magazine for a $500,000 US.

Montag was recently released from a Costa Rican hospital after suffering a gastric ulcer during the shoot of a reality series.
