1.What kind of business do you want to put up?

This is the first thing you should ask yourself, what type of business do I want to put up? Is it food? retail? service-oriented?

2. Structure the Business

3. Develop a Plan

4. Location of your business

This is one of the most important ingredient in having a successful business, the LOCATION. It is very important first of all because you should check first with your City planning division of your local city hall if your planned location for your business if okay with the Zoning Center. Determine first whether your business is allowed in that specific area.

5. Register the Business

Once you have chosen the structure of your business, have written a business plan, and checked with the zoning center of your city you must now register your business.
