Maddies Parrents named as official suspects
Madeleine's Parents have both been made official suspects in Portugal, I will reserve my judgement until the final outcome of this case that has touched the worlds heart.
If they were responsible in anyway for her dissapearence and possible death, the law should give them the maximum punishment possible.
This case has touched the world, and brought out the goodness in people, millions of messages of support from all over the globe have been sent to the family.
I hope and pray Gerry and Kate are found to be totaly innocent and that the person responsible is caught and brought to justice as soon as possible. my support stays with the McCann family until the truth is found.

I just don't have the words to convey my sadness and deep empathy for the McCanns. You have my love and support, and that of millions of others. Surely the goodwill in humanity can do something towards countering the evil. You - we all - MUST have Maddie back, whole and safe.

I am here in ireland, with 4 of my 5 children as one is expecting her first baby, and i cried as i saw you enter your home for the first time. I am a mother, and I feel in my heart. that what the police are doing is cruel as kate nor gerry had nothing to do with this, and kate, is very sure her daughter is still alive, and as a mother she would have a good idea...kate is also a doctor...who has told many parents when their child comes to her ill...how do you feel he/ she is...as a doctor she is aware of the bond....and It is most importent now that the world keeps looking...as if maddy is out there lets find her..and not think of the last few days...as they are the red herring..and kate feels strongly that maddy is out there somewhere.."and i believe her" but her apperance might be changed at this stage, so maybe another profile should be done, maddy with shorter hair...long dark hair, short dark hair, or dressed as a boy, as her face is everywhere, and her abducters may have changed her apperance,to be less noticable. my heart and prayers are with you.
my heart goes out to the parents of madeline who I believe are innocent,but this case shows just what a shambles the police are in portugal, I think portugal are a third world country with regards to any investigation and are about 25 years behind the british police
If Kate and Gerry McCann are convicted of being involved in the disappearance of their daughter then I will lose complete faith in humanity. Of course there is every possibility that Madeleine's DNA would be present in the hire car even AFTER her disappearance. Everything they have may have traces of her hair etc! How can they possibly believe that under such close scrutiny they would be able to hide and dispose of a body??!! It is absolutely absurd and I truly believe that the authorities in Portugal are scraping the barrel because they have yet to make any breakthrough in the case and it's making them look incompetent. I don't care what people say about the McCanns lack of emotion in public - no-one knows what goes on behind closed doors and besides, being hysterical is not going to solve anything. I was in tears at the news coverage this evening, because I cant bloody believe that this case has turned so ugly and intrusive they still have two other children you know!!! Although the media can one minute be your best friend (as they were in the beginning with regards to raising the profile of the case) the next they can be your worst enemy - hounding these poor people to within an inch of their life. It must of been the hardest thing to leave Portugal WITHOUT Madeleine and all they had was a photographer right in their faces on a bloody motorbike! As far as I'm concerned, if these people are guilty then all I can say is they sure have some balls raising global awareness, gathering all this worldwide support knowing all the while they were the ones that did it!? Outrageous! Get the British authorities in!! To the ENTIRE McCann family - be strong, we must find Madeleine. Much love x
To all people...I am portuguese,i was born in algarve and i am shocked with this case.Since the beginning i always support Mccann´s family.It´s very hard to believe that a father our a mother can do something horrible to a child.I hope the true come quickly.But don´t forget...this is not the first time that we heard about this things.We hope that is not the same.
My heart goes out to kate and gerry - the two parents of little maddie, who so wanted her through IVF, who have provided such a wonderful life as two professionals for her, who took her on holiday and never expected to return without her. Of course, we just do not know, but i really do feel that both parents are completely innocent. but what is more sad, is who is out there looking for maddie now? why wont the person responsible be the big one and turn themselves in. i just want her to be found. every news report brings a tear because it is one more day without seeing her mummy or daddy. its just too sad. love to you, kate, gerry and the twins xxx
By the way...stop critics to portuguese police.they are doing the best ,and don´t forget they were helped by the british police.Portugal is one off the most safety countrys of the world...(words of british tourists!!!).we just want find the true and shut the mouth of some people that says PORTUGAL still´s a third world country.we are small indeed but our hearth is the size of the world.just ask to our visitors...including thousands of uk tourists.BEST REGARDS TO ALL UK´S.

What a strange case it happen in May in Portugal and May is the most religious months in Portugal when many offerings and sacrifices are made to our Lady of Fatima and unless you are constantly asking God for forgivenesss I do not believe that a good catholic would be straight into church after such a tragedy you would have to come to terms with reality first and then make your peace with God.
I think the police should investigate the Mc Canns and their friends religious backgrounds and now that they're back in UK the British police should take over the investigation and leave no stone unturned for the sake of Madeleine and not the parents. Madeleine is the victim lets not forget that.

I dont even know what to say. It's sooo sad because Maddie knows something is not right and she is probably scared to death and it's something that she will remember forever. It is a shame that some people have no feelings in this world. I hope the people who took her away will go to hell or something terrible happenes to them. It is sad that unfortunally there are people that kidnapp kids like this, they tear them apart from there familly, How must Madeleine feel, far away from her parents and brother and sister, they wont even get to know Madeleine, later on in live they will be told that they had an older sister that was abducted. This is sad.
Please give Madeleine and all the other missing kids like Rui Pedro, back to there family that´s where they belong.

This is heartbreaking. I'm not a parent, but I feel incredibly sad for the family of this little girl and can't even imagine what they're going through right now. I always think of how I'd feel if it was my little sister and it bothers me alot. This world is sickening.
