Hemorrhoids are often an embarrassing and touchy subject for most. But the fact remains that the majority of Americans has dealt, or will deal with, Hemorrhoids. If you are one of the many out there searching for hemorrhoid cures I have some great news and methods that I would like to share with you!

How Do They Develop?

 

There are several contributors to hemorrhoids including; pregnancy, lack of fiber in diets, excessive straining during bowel movements, and constipation. Hemorrhoids develop as veins, or tissues in the rectum area become weak. Once weakened they begin to develop as the sacs or blood clots known as Hemorrhoids.

Natural Effective Relief

Exercise regularly to improve healthy blood flow throughout the body

Eat five or more servings of fresh fruits and vegetables a day to increase fiber and help easy bowel movements

Switch out your toilet paper with wet wipes, these create much less irritation when used

Try not to strain during bowel movements

Use stool softeners to treat constipation

Drink at least 8 glasses of water a day to avoid dehydration.

Bathe, or sitz in lukewarm water several times a day

To relieve the pain and help with the symptoms there are several over the counter creams that are a temporary fix

Even after hemorrhoids have been treated, or cured for the time being there is still a good possibility that they can return. It is important to stay active, and keep a healthy diet of fresh fruits and vegitables. If these habits begin to fall into the red zone again then your at an increase risk of seeing the return of these painful and embarrasing hemorrhoids.
