1. Herbal Calming Tea - Recipe 1:
1 oz Lemon balm1 oz Chamomile flowers
½ oz St Johns Wort
Steep 2 tbs of mixture in 1 cup boiled water. Cover 10 minutes; strain.
2. Herbal Relaxation tea - Recipe 2:
1 Part Sage1 Part Thyme
1 Part Marjorham
1 Part Chamomile
Blend ingredients in a tea ball and put in a mug of hot water.
