Cosmic tremble
Ever gentle
Won’t disturb
But one word.
Yet on this level
Earthquakes shake
Distant planets
For one self’s sake.
What was said,
With what intent
To what effect
Was who’s will bent?
Human receptor
Waits to hear
Light transformed
To errant message.
To one who’s clear
There’s no question
Where’s the source
That fills this vessel.

Thank you, Lovely Iðunn !
write more poetry, guru-c. you are slacking and by doing so, you are depriving the masses. don't you still love the masses?? :(
write poetry, friend. I always enjoy reading it. :)
What do you say, friend. Can we bring back the days of the Glorious Frozen Sparrow Revolution or have the capitalists too much of an upper hand already. You in?
Oh Darling Iðunn, thank you so very much for returning, my sister child of the sixties. Your presence feels like the soul returning. I cherish the days of the Glorious Frozen Sparrow Revolution. Oh, the capitalists. Yes, sometimes it's sell, sell, sell, when in fact, everyone is working to one day to have the time to sit with a fishing pole on a lake. It's commerce, not art, that's the slave. I would love to save the sparrows with you. Love, C.
I had rather hoped I could count on you~ ((Guru-C))
Save the Frozen Sparrow! Up the Revolution!
You were right about Chavez, though, by the way. Power corrupted, but I still think he started out with great dreams. Dammit, can't anyone come along an idealist can believe in anymore. :(
Believe me, dear, even in my most commercial spaces, there beats the heart of a sparrow.
As far as Chávez, I criticized him not because of his social populism, but because of his totalitarian tendencies... He undid himself.
Yes, may avian values prevail ;-)
Well, at least I can believe in you.
I'm in something of a cynical phase at the moment. Perhaps if you write us all a frozen sparrow haiku it would be a drop in the bucket of restoring my faith in human beings again.
Of course, knowing human beings, THAT might be doing me a disservice in the long run.
Haha, I wasn't kidding about the cynical phase. :p
Frozen sparrow spirals
Wings bound
Freefall the last
:) Delightful. Also, very fitting.
Poet awakens to a good review
Believes?
