Make Your Music Heard At HubPages

Everyone loves music. You are a singer and a lyricist and would like your songs to be heard by the world. I am a music lover and I certailnly will love to hear your songs.

Now, to getting your music heard at HubPages. Currently we do not have that feature installed here. Perhaps, sometime in the near future... But you do not have to feel disappointed about it. You can still make your music heard at HubPages!

Here is how:

Actually it is quite simple. I am sure you have a lot of video footage of your songs, stage performances, contests, etc.You can make good use of it now!

• Make clippings of your songs, preferably individual songs because the file size will be smaller and easier for you to handle, into MPEG or MPG format. You can use any of the video splitter softwares thats available on the net for download. Some are free and some you have to pay. If you do not want to use any advanced editing features, go for the free ones. Here is one such free program for you. Free Video Cutter and Splitter
• Open an account with YouTube or Google Video or both.
• Upload your music video clips to YouTube or Google video. You can upload the files individually. But if you have many files its better to use the uploader software they request you to download and install.
• Come back to HubPages and start a new Hub. You can do it easily as all the rquired steps are self explanatory. In case there is any doubts you can get it cleared HERE
• If you still have any queries you can post it at the forum and our fellow Hubbers are always willing to help you.

• After selecting a catchy title and tags you are ready for the next step.
• Add some interesting description to your music and some photos to spice it up. You can find photo and video capsules on the right hand side panel. Add video capsules to your Hub here.
• You can add as many video capsules as you like. But in my opinion, it is better to keep it under 10 so that the page is not too heavy.

• Click on the edit button on the video capsule and paste the link to your video at YouTube or Google Video here. Save the capsule and you are ready to publish you music!
• Click on the publish button and voila! You Are Done!! Congratulations, Your music is on the HubPages now!!! Everyone can enjoy your music now.

As you can see and listen I have added some of my favorite country songs here, that I can find on the net. I hope you like them and find this article useful.
