Causes of High Blood Pressure

Natural High Blood Pressure Cures

Nature has always provided a lot of natural ingredients for high blood pressure, these are for cures not just treating. A cure is when you fix the underlying cause of the problem.

Modern medicine has a system to treat with drugs. In emergency cases drugs are lifesavers, but that same lifesaving drug, used long term, can have the reverse affect on your health.

I don't think there is any mistake that nature intended for us to use natural means to cure us. As the cases of high blood pressure increases we all need to look at how we live, what we eat and decide how were going to fix it.

Since each person is different, the natural ingredients used can vary. This would be in the quantity you use not the type. If one persons root cause is cholesterol and anothers is toxins, then the blends of herbs used would be different. Again, natural points to herbs most of the time.

One of the easiest ways to routinely fix your high blood pressure problem is with herbal teas. Using a good quality tea such as Oolong or Green tea can lower your blood pressure permanently over time. What kind of time are we looking at, it can be as long as 6 months. This isn't to long compared to being on drugs for life.

Here are three natural ingredients commonly used for high blood pressure.

  1. Garlic
  2. Cinnamon
  3. Kelp

All have properties that lower blood pressure and some even have antioxidant benefits. These natural herbs won't bust your budget either.

Garlic can be chopped up and put in hot water making it a tea, I guess cinnamon and kelp could be too.

Here's a few more natural things for your high blood pressure.

  • Beetroot Juice - 500 ml a day
  • CoQ-10
  • Celery - 2-3 bunches a week
  • Grape Seed Extract
  • A Bulb of Daylilly Plant - after it has bloomed and the stalk has withered brown. Cut it up and boil 1/2 c. of root with 2 c. water until it is boiled down to 1 c. of solution. Take 2 Tbsp. in the A.M. & P.M. My father has stopped taking his Vytorin, per the Dr. because he has dropped from 220 to 140, making no other food adjustments except for the day lilly juice!
  • Oats/Oatmeal
  • Extra-Virgin Olive Oil

This gives you an idea of what's natural and available to cure high blood pressure.

Signs of High Blood Pressure

Most Doctors treat high blood pressure, we want to look at cures. First, we have to find out what signs to look for. High blood pressure is know as the Silent Killer, the pressure it puts on your arterial walls can create other health issues, even fatal. The worse being heart damage.

If you exclude genetics, the next thing that causes this condition is lifestyle. Toxins, stress, processed foods, contamination in the drinking water and poor eating habits contribute to high blood pressure. Before we start I must mention that you should always keep your Doctor in the loop. A Doctor that believes in both modern medicine and natural health is a great asset.

There's also precautions to take if you have low blood pressure. Drugs or natural ways you might use to cure high blood pressure thin the blood, this will actually aggravate people with low blood pressure problems.

Having said all that, lets look at some of the signs associated with high blood pressure.

  • Tests - 120/80 is normal. Tests are easy and available to take.
  • Headaches
  • Blurred Vision
  • Dizziness
  • Nausea
  • Nose Bleeds

Some patients can go for years and not even know they have this condition, periodically take a test.

If your case is severe, drugs might be needed temporarily to relax your condition. What we don't want to see happen with your high blood pressure condition is a lifetime of drugs, we want cures. That's why I say a Doctor who practices both modern and natural ways is a gem to find. The medical system in general is not designed to cure, it's designed to treat, a big difference.

If your looking at high blood pressure cures, then your looking at natural ways to lower your blood pressure. A lot of this can come from diet changes and more from lifestyle changes. Cures take a little longer to get results from, this is why some people don't think they work. Folks are so use to drugs, which do act faster, but don't help the body heal itself.
