Eggs and The High Protein Breakfast

A recent study investigated the differences in hunger after a meal when eating a breakfast of either protein-rich eggs or carbohydrate-rich bagels. The two breakfast options contained an identical amount of calories and adult men were used for the study.

The Lowdown on Eggs

The best thing about eggs is their availability. Everyone can get eggs no matter where you live and they provide eggcellent nutrition ;) I do admit in my video that I don't eat eggs all the time because I feel that you need to balance your nutrition with other foods as well. Also, I tend to get bored easily with foods, I need the change every now and then.

I also mention what I want to talk about in the future regarding my diet cycles...
