Then the title co. sets it up so that “you the investor” will lend us the money secured by [a mortgage] and [a promissory note] against [that particular property] and [that property only].

 

I forgot to mention earlier that we only need a couple more private investors to add to our investment team because we’re building this up safely and we don’t need a large group of investors jumping on board all together. As we build this business then we will bring more private investors in.

When the next good deal comes along (We’re always on the look-out for good deals) we’ll call a couple of potential investors a head of time and tell them how much money is needed, when it’s needed and for how long it will be tied up. Then the necessary paperwork is signed so that you can safely release your money and then your funds begin to work for both of us.

 

Not surprisingly the biggest complaint is when we’re done with the deal and the money and interest is returned to you, most people don’t want it back in their low interest bearing account. They would rather we to keep using it because they love the return, and the ease of it all – so then we look for a way to begin using it again!
