In White House Hillary Clinton as Secretary of United States vehemently declared that US Force is not coming out of Afghanistan like that of saying of India Ghandi who said once whatever the international pressure for pulling out of Indian Force from East Pakistan (now Bangladesh) is, the Military Force will remain there till the mission is completed and torture over innocent people of East Pakistan is stopped by the Military Regime of Pakistan for ever. The US Secretary, Clinton said the same, the Military Force of US along with other Nations will not pull out of Afghanistan till the torture of Taliban and Al-Qaeda over common people of the region is stopped. It is not only a safety for the people of the region but also safety for the whole world. If not, the 9/11 incident would not have happened.

Hillary Clinton hails Indian Women in Liberia:

In Liberia, the contribution of Women Police Force is 8% of 10,000 UNF, and 2% of 80,000 Military personal, out of which the presence of Indian Women is the largest. The civil War is continuing in Liberia since 15 years. Indian Woman Police Force is doing remarkable jobs in cooperation with host country to control against rape over women and girls in Liberia since 2007. Hillary Clinton praised highly the activity of the Women Police Force of India in Liberia. Clinton reminded the neutral human activity of Women to all by saying that “Let us not forget that Women lead the call for peace in communities shattered by violence”.

Clinton was presented a necklace. Wearing the thread of necklace, she enjoyed the song sung by the women volunteers by giving claps on July 18. She said “It is absolutely undeniable that the progress of women is directly linked to the progress of any country. The more women have the right, to education, employment opportunities, excess to credit, role in decision-making in family and community, the more development will take place”.

Clinton arrived in Mumbai to pay tribute to those who lost their life in 26/11 Terrorist strike:

In the official tour Clinton arrived in Mumbai instead of Capital Delhi to pay tribute to nearly 200 people who died in last November terrorist seize of Mumbai. In the commercial City of Mumbai She met with industrialist such as Ratan Tata of TATA Group Industries, Mukesh Ambani, the Chairman of Reliance Industries to deepen strategic ties considering India having being an emerging player on the World in the field of security, trade and arms control.

The Role of India in Afghanistan:

Afghanistan is important to India because of its geo-strategic location. It is only through Afghanistan India approach to the countries of the Central Asia. India maintained a good relation with Afghanistan since 1947, the year of Independence of India. When in 1979 Afghanistan was occupied by Soviet Russia, the relation of India with Afghanistan was further increased as India kept a good relation with Soviet Union since independence. However, The Indo-Afghan relation deteriorated when Soviet Union left the country and the administration switched over to Taliban Force under the patronage of Pakistan. But after 9/11 attack, the situation turned back, the Taliban administration was over run by the joint operation of US Force & NATO Force and the relation of India with Afghanistan revived. Indian Government announced $100 million reconstruction aid to Afghanistan. Indian skill and unskilled workers numbering 3500 4000 engaged in Afghanistan for assisting the Afghan Government in health, education and infrastructure development. India increased the aid quantity to $750 million. On the other hand Pakistan considered Taliban was an asset to Pakistan and will remain so even after Pakistan being allied to US Force under compulsion to counter India because it is India who helped East Pakistan with its military strength to be liberated to an independent State Bangladesh. Pakistan still believes in liberating Kashmir, a Muslim majority state to be snatched away from India with Taliban & Pashtu Force to be installed in Afghanistan one day. With this future strategy, the Pakistan ISI is helping the Taliban in carrying out militant activity to reduce the Indian influence in Afghanistan and harboring Taliban in its soil to carry out militant activity like 26/11 attack in Mumbai to keep Indian economically down.

The Role of United States in Afghanistan:

American Role in Afghanistan is to keep control of Taliban and al-Qaeda and to strike the hide outs of militants to root out the Force to save the World and particularly US from future attack like that of 9/11. The history showed any long drawn War from distant place rarely had achieved in success. The American War in Korea, just after 2^nd World War, and afterwards American war in Vietnam, the invasion of Iraq can not be counted as a mission of success. What will happen in Afghanistan only time will tell? It was initially claimed that the war against terror had been successful but later in 2006, after five Years it showed that the insurgent Taliban had emerged again using suicide tactics trained in elsewhere in the region of Afghanistan or Pakistan.
