This is another traditional Maltese Recipe. We eat it mostly in summertime.

Its simple really - Crusty bread smeared with ripe tomatoes, a little bit of olive oil, tuna, capers, olives and some mint (fresh is ideal). If you like it, you can also add a tiny bit of salt and pepper. Delicious! mmm..mouth watering.. YUMMIE!:)
