Holding others accountable in a positive way that produces the desired results

To achieve greater accountability in every level of the organization, members must develop the ability of holding others accountable for achieving desired organizational results. Although holding others accountable is usually a part of the duties of managers and employers, it is proven to be more effective if each and every member are capable of holding others accountable.


But the task of holding others accountable is difficult and may sometimes seem awkward since accountability is an issue that is usually being avoided by others. But for organizations who want to stand out in today's business environment, they must develop a culture of greater accountability among their employees. A greater sense of accountability that does not only change an individuals working attitude but one that inspires others to do what expected of them as well.
