Prevent Cancer Naturally

Cancer is the word that we all fear hearing and yet about ten million of us face the prospect of being diagnosed with cancer every year. Cancer takes a long time to develop, it doesn't happen overnight and we could help to prevent it from occurring in the first place.

It's no secret that the majority of us fail to look after ourselves. We experience stress on a daily basis whether at work or through our home circumstances, many of us smoke and drink too excess and we take little exercise and have a largely unhealthy diet. No wonder our bodies give up fighting when we do not supply it with the right fuel on which to run and we do not give it the right environment to thrive in.

We certainly need to look at a more holistic approach in life before we succumb to any life threatening illness to make us appreciate just what we have got. There are many ways that we can do this and help to prevent cancer:

Nutrition

Eating healthily is important but certain foods are more powerful in the fight against cancer than others, for example broccoli. Brazil nuts are also good because they contain selenium and this mineral helps to eradicate cancer cells. Garlic should be used often as it may have the ability to reduce the growth of tumours. Blueberries should also become part of a regular diet as they are high in antioxidants. Kiwi fruit is also beneficial as it contains some powerful cancer fighting antioxidants.

Fluids

Drinking water regularly is a must as this can help to reduce the chances of specific types of cancer and green tea has long been recognised as protecting against cancer and heart disease.

Sunlight

Too much sunlight on our skin can be harmful, too little can also be extremely damaging. We need a regular intake of Vitamin D as this is important in the fight against multiple cancers.

Multivitamins

Taking a multivitamin every day may keep our immune system healthy and help us to fight against cancer.

Meditation

Stress is a big factor when it comes to ill-health and we need to reduce stress down to a much more manageable level so that it does not impact our health over a period of time. Meditation is a wonderful way to be able to ease away the pressures of daily life, eliminating inner fatigue, and boosting sensations of peace and harmony. Meditation can also be used for promoting inner healing.
