Holly Madison --famous for being Hugh Hefner's former girlfriend-- has revealed in recent interviews that Hef didn't want her to get any plastic surgery.  While Hef was happy with Holly's natural breasts and average face, Holly felt intimidated by the other beautiful girls in and around the Playboy Mansion.  Shortly after moving into the mansion (as Hef's girlfriend), Madison made the decision to alter her face and body.

Madison's surgeries include breast augmentation, nose jobs, and (some speculate) other facial refinements.
