Holly FUDGE
602 minute microwave fudge
1 pound of powdered sugar
1/2 cup cocoa
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup milk
1 Tablespoon vanilla extract
1/4 pound butter/margarine
1 cup chopped nuts (optional)
1) Mix all dry ingredients together in a 8x8 inch
microwave safe pan: it is best to use this size pan
2) Add milk and vanilla extract.
3) Place whole stick of butter in center, Do not chop up!
4) Microwave on high for 2 minutes until bottom of dish feels warm.
5) Stir vigorously and blend in chopped nuts.
6) Put in mold or whatever and chill for 1 hour.
TIP: It is best if you use real butter
Chopped nut are optional

2 cups brown sugar
2 cups white sugar
1 cup milk
1 cup butter or margarine
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 cup white flour
1 teaspoon vanilla
chopped nuts (optional)
1)Mix the brown sugar, white sugar, milk, butter, and salt in
medium sauce pan. Bring to boil.
2)Take off the stove and add flour, vanilla, an nuts.
3)Stir well, spread in a pan and place in the fridge.
4)Cut into squares while still a bit warm

1 egg well beaten
3 tablespoons cream or evaporated milk
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 pound confectioner's sugar
4 ounces unsweetened chocolate
1 tablespoon butter or margarine
1) Mix together egg, cream, vanilla, salt and confectioner's sugar.
2) In sepreat pan melt unsweetened chocolate and butter together.
3) Add both mixtures together.
4) Spread in 8x8 well greased pan
5) Allow to cool for 2 hours. Cut into square.
Tip: For more flavor you can add a 1/2 cup of cut up marshmallows

1/3 cup sugar
1 heaping tablespoon cocoa
1 tablespoon and 2 teaspoons milk
1 scant tablespoon butter or margarine
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1) Mix sugar, cocoa and milk in small mixing bowl
2) Microwave on high 1 minute.
3) Stir down sides of cup and microwave 40 more seconds
4) Add butter and vanilla. Mix until thick. Serve
Note: If you would like to cut into squares let cool down
then cut.
